Quickly and easily manage your rental and vacation rental bookings with our new editable booking calendars. You can add and edit your bookings directly from the availability tab on the summary page for each of your properties. Simply click an available date on the calendar to create a new booking or click a previously booked date to edit an existing one.

You can also import or export your bookings to and from CSV files which you can open in Excel or your favorite spreadsheet application. Use your exported files for mass updates or for offline backups. If you’re just getting started with EasyBroker, you can import hundreds of bookings all at once to get all of your properties up-to-date.

Want to know all the check-ins or check-outs for a given month? Click on the Bookings tab and then on the Calendar List View where you will see all of your check-ins and check-outs for all of your properties by month.

Don’t forget you can use tags to categorize and search your bookings, and add notes to track the history of not only your bookings, but your contacts and properties too. Any note added to a booking automatically appears on the rented property and in your client’s history.
