How to Create a Real Estate Website in 5 Minutes
Posted on 08 February 2010 by Joanna Riquett
If you’re in the real estate business you need to have a website where you can promote your business and your listings. It’s very difficult and generally expensive to create a great looking site that is easy-to-use and SEO friendly (Search engine friendly so Google and other search engines can easily find and index your site) however in this post I’m going to show you how to create a professional real estate website in under 5 minutes.
Here are 7 steps to create your website
- Go to www.easybroker.com and create an account
- After logging in click on the Create your website link in the menu
- Choose a theme (the design and colors) for your website

- Enter the URL you would like to use to access your website

- Choose what you would like to use as the logo for your website

- Press the Create your site! button
- Click on the link to see your new website

If you want to customize the content of your website click the Open web page editor button on the Manage Your Website tab.

Now you have a full functioning website live on the internet. You should publish several properties within EasyBroker so that they appear on your website. After publishing your listings be sure share your website URL with your colleagues, clients, and friends.
Remember to keep your website up-to-date by publishing new listings and updating any listings as needed. Fortunately, you don’t have to know any HTML or ask a designer to update your website every time you need to list a new property. You can also use EasyBroker to publish your listings on other websites and to manage leads that are generated automatically when they fill out any forms on your website.

Very nifty. It seems like people are making the internet easier to use every day. I hope that one day soon we will all be able to use the internet to its fullest potential without having to hire a coder or designer!
