Plans Now Available in Argentine and Mexican Pesos

by Eric Northam on 19 August 2010

Plans Now in Argentine and Mexican PesosYesterday we updated our plans with prices in Argentine and Mexican pesos. We now accept payment using DineroMail in local currencies so that the prices won’t fluctuate from month to month and because most of our clients prefer paying in their local currency.

We still accept payments in dollars for credit card payments however all DineroMail payments are now in Argentine pesos or Mexican pesos. The prices in local currencies are slightly higher to adjust for future inflation and we rounded up till we found a nice looking number.

In order to see the prices for Argentina or Mexico you must choose one of the countries on the General Settings page for your account. The prices will only show in dollars if you’re organization is set to a different country.

Clearer History and Communications Tracking

by Eric Northam on 05 August 2010

Note with Multiple People

Have you ever wanted to attach multiple people to a task for a meeting, or multiple properties to a note about several properties you recently showed a client? Now you can attach multiple properties, people, or bookings to any note or task. Multiple attachments save you time and help you clearly understand who or what a particular note is regarding.

We also decided to change how the history of a particular person, property or booking is shown. Before we included any activities such as notes, emails, tasks that had to with the current item you were looking at or that where attached to any of the related items. The sum of all the activities resulted in history overload. For example if you added 5 interested people to a property, you would see all 5 of the related people’s activities and also those of the current property resulting in tons of emails, notes, and tasks that really had nothing to do with the property.

Now we only show notes, emails, tasks and web requests that are specifically attached to a property, person or booking. The new changes make the history much more relevant and save you from becoming overwhelmed sifting through hundreds of notes and tasks.

One other extra feature that we include with that changes is that now you can filter your history by category. Just above and to the right of the any item’s history there is a field for showing only those entries with a specific category. You can also use this to quickly figure out how many activities were filed under a specific category by looking at the number of matching results. So for example you can quickly get a count of how many calls where made regarding a property or how many showings you’ve made.

Improved Bedroom Search with Studios

by Eric Northam on 03 August 2010

Improved Bedroom SearchWe updated the bedroom search field on all websites hosted by EasyBroker and within your EasyBroker account so that you can search for properties with a specific bedroom count. Before you could search for properties that were greater than a certain number of bedrooms such as 1 or more bedrooms. Now you can search for just Studio apartments or by a specific bedroom count such as properties with just 1 bedroom.

We hope the change makes it easier for you and your clients to find the properties you are looking for.
