Real Estate Software in Mexico

by Joanna Riquett on 22 February 2010

We recently put together a list of real estate software for Mexico to help you stay up-to-date with which tools are available if you’re real estate agency is in México.

The following list contains software that provides Customer Relationship Management CRM that is designed for the real estate industry, is translated into Spanish and works with Mexican pesos. Some of those listed are based  in other countries but still work in Mexico. This summary is based on data found primarily on their websites or through contacting the companies directly.

Real Estate Software Overview Software para inmobiliarias en Mexico

Saari is Windows application that offers end-to-end management of the sale and rental process. It includes a CRM for keeping track of prospects during the various phases of leasing or selling. It has no website management and doesn’t allow you to publish to other real estate listing sites.

Another Windows option is Noteges which offers a CRM and listing mangement like Saari and you can also publish listings on their MLS however it doesn’t provide website hosting or management.

CRM Inmobiliario and ERP Inmobiliario are both web based applications from the same company that provide CRMs although ERP Inmobiliario offers a more complete solution including modules for tracking finance and employees. If you want a website you’ll need to purchase one via their Jaus site which will connect to your inventory in either ERP Inmobiliario or CRM Inmobiliario. Both software products also publish your listings to their website Rentas y Ventas.com.

Of course we couldn’t leave out EasyBroker, which is a web based application that offers CRM, website management, and publication of your listings to various real estate listing sites including Trovit, Oodle, Yakaz, Craigslist, MoveGlobally.com and Sumavisos.

Here’s a breakdown of the CRM packages or other related software packages that we found in Mexico. Please leave a comment if you know of other software packages that we may have left out.

If you’re in the real estate business you need to have a website where you can promote your business and your listings. It’s very difficult and generally expensive to create a great looking site that is easy-to-use and SEO friendly (Search engine friendly so Google and other search engines can easily find and index your site) however in this post I’m going to show you how to create a professional real estate website in under 5 minutes and for free.

Here are 7 steps to create your website

  1. Go to www.easybroker.com and create an account
  2. After logging in click on the Create your website link in the menu
  3. Choose a theme (the design and colors) for your website

  7. Click on the link to see your new website

Click on the link to see website

If you want to customize the content of your website click the Open web page editor button on the Manage Your Website tab.
Open Web Page Editor
Now you have a full functioning website live on the internet. You should publish several properties within EasyBroker so that they appear on your website. After publishing your listings be sure share your website URL with your colleagues, clients, and friends.Website sample

Remember to keep your website up-to-date by publishing new listings and updating any listings as needed. Fortunately, you don’t have to know any HTML or ask a designer to update your website every time you need to list a new property. You can also use EasyBroker to publish your listings on other websites and to manage leads that are generated automatically when they fill out any forms on your website.
