What exactly do we do?
We build web-based applications that revolutionize the way real estate agencies manage and sell their properties using Ruby on Rails, CSS, Ajax, MySQL, Linux, and an agile development process. We provide a complete online real estate management solution to help real estate professionals increase sales, reduce time dealing with tedious tasks, and get a clear picture into the state of their businesses. We also help connect our clients with consumers through our international real estate website MoveGlobally.com.

We are looking for a smart, charismatic, and technology loving sales superstar to sell EasyBroker. Superstars ONLY! (Note: This position pays strictly based on commission)
Responsibilities:
- Sell EasyBroker to real estate agencies
- Work directly with real estate professionals and show them the benefits of using our software
- Help provide suggestions on how to improve our software and help you sell more
- Explain how to use our software to the technology impaired
- Be passionate about our product, technologies and about improving the real estate industry
Online Marketing Guru
We are looking for a smart, charismatic and technology savvy marketing guru to help the lives of real estate professionals through the introduction of our software.
Responsibilities:
- Write case studies, newsletters and blog posts about the real estate industry and our product
- Manage and edit blog posts from independent bloggers in English and Spanish
- Promulgate EasyBroker and MoveGlobally.com through social media networks
- Create word-of-mouth marketing techniques and implement them
- Write copy for our website and marketing materials
- Work with graphic designers to create interesting and compelling marketing materials
- Explain how to use our software to the technology impaired
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Experienced Geek
Talented geek needed to build cool software and change the way the real estate world does business. You will be responsible for building a kick-ass web application and making sure that we have coolest real estate management software around. You should have experience building web-based applications, using an agile development process and a good understanding of object-oriented programming.

- Create a freaking awesome Web 2.0 application that will blow the socks off your geek comrades
- Pick up new technologies with lightning speed
- Work with management and clients in English to solve issues and make wise decisions on how to build an application that truly meets the end-user's needs
- Write excellent well documented tested code (in English) using various open source technologies and an agile development process
- Ask for and accept help when needed
- Optimize application performance and resolve memory leaks and scalability issues

We may also use an outside design shop or freelancers and would need your help to manage those relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Design clean and simple web compliant CSS based web pages with JavaScript (you should hate tables with a passion)
- Create marketing materials such as newsletters, business cards, and brochures
- Help decide whether we should try to keep everything in house and manage the relationship if we work with an outside firm
- Pick up new technologies, trends, and web standards at lightning speed
- Work with management and clients in English to solve issues and make wise decisions on how to build an application that truly meets the end-user's needs
- Ask for and accept help when needed
- Drastically improve the SEO of our products and ensure that people can find us
- Migrate existing client web sites to use our content management system and make them more semantically sexy and SEO friendly
Superstar Bilingual Executive Assistant
We are looking for a charismatic, talented, and extremely sharp bilingual executive assistant to help us create and sell an awesome web application that will revolutionize the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
- Keep the office in order, run errands, and work with vendors
- Know how to get things done in Argentina
- Have an eye for detail and be extremely adept at editing documents and text
- Assist in hiring and retaining an excellent team
- Write fun and interesting blog posts, newsletters, emails, and other content in both Spanish and English
- Work with management and clients in Spanish and English
- Bookkeep and help keep finances in order
