We build web-based applications that revolutionize the way real estate agencies manage and sell their properties using Ruby on Rails, CSS, Ajax, MySQL, Linux, and an agile development process. We provide a complete online real estate management solution to help real estate professionals increase sales, reduce time dealing with tedious tasks, and get a clear picture into the state of their businesses. We also help connect our clients with consumers through our international real estate website MoveGlobally.com.

You will be responsible for guiding key architectural decisions, mentoring other developers and actually programming. You should have excellent knowledge of building web based applications, object-oriented programming and have experience developing with an agile process.

We also need help improving our identity and designing marketing materials such as newsletters and possibly print materials. We may also use an outside design shop or freelancers and would need your help to manage those relationships.
