How does the 30 day trial work?
You can try us out for free for 30 days. If you cancel before the 30-day period is up you will not be charged. After 30 days you will automatically be charged on a monthly basis but you can cancel at any time. If you cancel you will never be charged again in the future and you will only be responsible for the existing charges up until the next pay period.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts and you can cancel at any time. You only pay on a monthly basis.
Do you charge a commission for leads, sales, or rentals generated by MoveGlobally.com?
No. We don't charge any commissions period.
Can I use my existing domain name?
Yes. We give you a temporary domain name such as mybusiness.moveglobally.com so that you can test our product and verify that your website is properly integrated. Once you are ready you can point your existing domain to our servers.
Can I use my existing graphics and the look and feel of my current website? I don't want my website to look like a standard template.
Our Site Builder allows you to fully customize your website. You can use your own images, Javascript, CSS, and HTML. We also provide forms that you can customize with CSS that allow you to search and list properties.
What happens if I decide to cancel? Will I lose all my data?
We can export all of your data on request. Any uploaded files or web pages can be downloaded at anytime. We plan to add an export feature in the near future so that you can export your data at any time.
