The main house is quite open and spacious with airy rooms and wide terraces. There are numerous locations from which to relax and take in the incredible scenery. The two bedrooms on the main floor are a great size, with plenty of room to walk around, built-in closets and ensuite bathrooms. One of the bathrooms features a Jacuzzi. The guesthouse is comprised of two separate suites, each with a bedroom, loft, small kitchen, bathroom, and large terrace overlooking the valley, ocean and mountain views. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and the loft features a double mattress. The suites each comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The lower level is a terrific area for relaxation with a hot tub overlooking the expansive view that just never gets old. A bathroom is also located on the lower level for convenience. There is the possibility to connect the two suites through a rustic bamboo door located in the balcony between the suites. Across the parking lot from the guesthouse is a large workshop. This is currently where the laundry facilities are located, and there’s plenty of room for storing yard maintenance tools.
