Upstairs is the entertainment area with 360 degree views of the Ocean, mountains, and the new golf course. The breezes from the Ocean and the mountains are wonderful. There is a bar with refrigerator at the top for entertaining or relaxing. The owners have air conditioning in every room but have not used them except to be sure they work. That doesn't begin to cover the pizza oven, BBQ area, grass area with banana trees, the huge terrace off of the infinity pool for lounging, the dining area, TV area, a bar with windows to the pool area. The kitchen is enough to make most people want to cook, there is a dining room that is still open so could also be a bedroom if you are looking for a 4th bedroom. What have I forgotten?
