Casa Refugio is a spacious four bedroom home which includes a separate lock-off suite for guests or renting. The interior has clean and modern lines, with big windows to take in the views. With a solar system that will generate almost 60,000 kwh of energy per day, it provides more than enough to run all the needs of a family home. Water is from a community well. Casa Refugio is part of the secure seaside community of Playas Pacificas. There are currently 8 completed homes in the neighbourhood, with another two under construction and several more planned for next year.
