We're looking for someone to help take EasyBroker to the next level operationally and to continue scaling the business. We're currently a team of 23, have 5 vacancies and we'll continue hiring more once those positions are filled. After 12 years in the company, our CEO is a bit overwhelmed with the day-to-day operations of the business and needs someone to take over that area so that he can focus on core strategy, vision, and product.
As the CEO, I've had to learn every area of the business but I think my principal strengths are building software products which also is the area I'm most passionate about. I'm looking for a COO that can help lead and coach the other areas of the business: sales, marketing, and customer success. I will be your coach and help you understand our culture, how to be a great coach (You might want to check out the Manager Tools Basics podcast to get started), how we hire (A big part is based on the Who hiring method) and ensure that EasyBroker continues to be a great place to work.
You should have experience in a small business, startup or consulting company and have built out a specific area of the business or have run operations. Ideally, your area of expertise will complement mine. You should despise inefficient meetings (You might want to check out the Ted talk on Why Work Doesn't Happen at Work and the book Rework) and have an affinity and passion for making processes more efficient and agile. Even though Spanish is the language we use in the office, good spoken and written English is a must since you will need to deal with English speaking partners such as lawyers, accountants, etc. and most of the resources I'll share with you for coaching will be in English.

Buscamos a un Product Design Lead, con la visión y las habilidades para ayudarnos a llevar el estándar de diseño de EasyBroker al siguiente nivel.
