University Tower is an architectural work that will become the new icon of Paseo de la Reforma.

It is the tallest residential skyscraper in the corridor on the most important avenue in our country, with a height of 203 meters and 58 levels.

Our privileged location connects us with Insurgentes and Reforma through the streets of Viena and Hamburgo, with the option of reaching Avenida Chapultepec from the back, thus connecting us with the entire city.

Construction began in 2018 and will finish in 2025. Currently, we are on level 46.

The Casona Gargollo, with historical and cultural value, has been home to the University Club of Mexico for over 100 years.
